1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from me via email or WhatsApp. Submitting the contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Payment

Private tours (under €400):

Full payment is due on the day of the tour, before it begins, in cash, safe payment link, POS or by bank transfer. No deposit is required.

Private tours (over €400) & Corporate events:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is due no later than 48 hours before the experience.

3. Cancellation by the Client

Private tours under €400 (no deposit required):

If you need to cancel, please let me know as early as possible — it makes a real difference. No charge applies regardless of timing. This is a matter of courtesy and I trust my clients to be considerate.

Private tours over €400 & Corporate events:

• Cancellation 30+ days before → 70% refund (deposit is non-refundable)
• Cancellation 15–30 days before → 50% refund
• Cancellation under 15 days → no refund

Family tours — illness policy:

If a child falls ill unexpectedly, I am happy to reschedule at no charge, provided you notify me as soon as possible and the new date is agreed within 12 months of the original booking. Written notice is required.

4. Weather

If severe weather makes an outdoor experience impossible, I will offer an equivalent indoor alternative — a museum visit, a different itinerary, or another activity suited to the conditions. If you prefer not to proceed with an alternative, a full refund will be issued. The decision to cancel due to weather rests with me.

5. Cancellation by the Guide

In exceptional circumstances — illness or force majeure — I reserve the right to cancel with as much notice as possible. In this case I will offer either a replacement licensed guide or a rescheduled date. If neither option suits you, a full refund will be issued.

6. Liability

I hold an official tourist guide licence issued by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and take every reasonable precaution for the safety and wellbeing of my groups. However, I cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from a client’s own actions, unforeseen circumstances, or the actions of third parties. Participation in all tours and experiences is at the client’s own risk.

For corporate events involving partner specialists (driver, chef, dance instructor, etc.), each partner is responsible for their own segment of the experience.

7. Minors

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the experience. The adult making the booking accepts full responsibility for all minors in the group.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.
